March 1, 2019: PechaKucha 20×20, Vol. 22, Asheville.  Friday, March 1st,  7:00-9:30 pm.  Originating in Tokyo, Japan, PechaKucha 20×20 is a concise presentation format covering varied topics where each speaker presents information on a concept while the audience views a large screen showing exactly 20 images, each for only 20 seconds.   PechaKucha is a fast-paced.  Attending a PechaKucha event makes for a fun, entertaining evening!  8 speakers present, in addition to a “wild card” presentation at intermission, all the while engaging the lively audience.  Dr. Emory Prescott will be one of the Vol. 22 speakers, talking about the brain and herbs that benefit it.  Tickets are $9 in advance, $10 at the door.   PECHAKUCHAAVL.ORG.  A video of this presentation may also be found on YouTube and the PechaKucha Asheville website.

April 13, 2019:  THE HERBAL BRAIN is proud to support the annual Multicultural Women’s Development Conference, held at the Hinton Rural Life Center at Lake Chatuge, Hayesville, NC.   Meet women of different cultures, races, and religions. This event is hosted by O.D.W.C., One Dozen Who Care, a group of (originally 12) women of color focused on serving to empower all cultures of women to lead, run businesses, and pursue higher education.  Their work has expanded to include many events throughout the year, including offering an annual Multicultural Women’s Development Conference each spring.  Dr. Emory Prescott will be selling botanicals for brain health at this year’s conference.  For more information call (828)321-1000 or visit www.onedozenwhocare.org

June 15, 2019: THE HERBAL BRAIN will be in Dillsboro NC for the Dillsboro Front Street Arts & Crafts Fair, Saturday June 15th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.  Many vendors will be showing and selling their products at this year’s festival, including photography, pottery, The Herbal Brain herbals, and other hand-made works of art.  This outdoor “tented” street festival will run rain or shine.

October 5, 2019: THE HERBAL BRAIN will be in Dillsboro NC for the Dillsboro Front Street “Colorfest” Arts & Crafts Fair held Saturday, October 5th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.  There will be a wide variety of venders, including photography, pottery, hand-made wood furniture, jewelry, clothing, and other hand-made artist works.  THE HERBAL BRAIN will provide testers and herbal nootropics for sale.  Festival will run rain or shine.
